I’m delighted to announce that I’ll be running a series of cookery demonstrations at the BBC Good Food Festival with a2 Milk™ on 29th August.
BBC Good Food Festival is three days of foodie heaven, with lots of brands, artisan producers and hot food stalls, a great line up of cooks and chefs, entertainment, family fun and live music. It’s all happening in the grounds of the utterly stunning Hampton Court Palace, and I’ll be showing visitors how to prepare three dishes, all made with a2 Milk™ and all gluten free!
Never heard of a2 Milk™? Put simply, it’s the milk for people who don’t get on with milk, meaning if you’re not lactose intolerant or allergic to milk, it could just be that the A1 protein in ‘regular milk’ upsets your tummy.
a2 Milk™ isn’t genetically engineered or otherwise fiddled with, it’s just made from carefully selected cows that produce milk with no A1 protein, only A2 protein in it. It means that you might find a2 Milk™ a bit easier to digest, and might be able to start having a proper milky coffee again.
If you’re heading down to the festival, please do come and find the a2 Milk™ stall C22. I’m there on Saturday, but the a2 Milk™ team are there all weekend (29th-31st August) and there’ll be plenty of tasting samples to try.
